Payment Terms for Helppr

These Payment Terms govern all payments made through the Helppr website and form a part of our general Terms of Service. By making a payment through Helppr, you agree to be bound by these Terms

1. Pricing and Charges
  • The pricing for services listed on Helppr is determined by either Helppr or the individual service providers.

  • Prices may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be clearly specified at the time of checkout.

  • Helppr reserves the right to change service fees or pricing at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed bookings.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (where applicable)

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Helppr does not store your full payment information.

3. Booking and Payment Process
  • To confirm a booking, you may be required to make full or partial payment upfront.

  • In cases where a service provider requires advance payment, you will be notified during the booking process.

  • Payment must be completed before the service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Commission and Service Fees

Helppr may charge a service fee or platform fee for bookings made through the platform. This fee will be disclosed at the time of payment and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. By the Customer:
  • You may cancel a booking through your Helppr.in account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and the service provider’s cancellation policy.

  • Refunds is not applicable on any service booking

b. By the Service Provider:
  • If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund.

  • Helppr may assist in rescheduling or finding a replacement, subject to availability.

c. Refund Exceptions:
  • No refunds will be provided for completed services unless there is a verified service failure.

  • Helppr reserves the right to review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

6. Taxes

All payments are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law. Tax amounts will be displayed at checkout. Service providers are responsible for their own tax obligations.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
  • If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorization, please contact us at info@helppr.in within 48 hours.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Payment Protection

Helppr may offer payment protection services to ensure funds are only released to service providers after satisfactory service delivery. The use of this feature may vary by service category.

9. Changes to Payment Terms

We may update these Payment Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Helppr after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
